NAME CHANGE/ SUBSTITUTION
All registrations are only valid for the registered person. A registered delegate who is unable to attend the conference may nominate (free of charge) a substitute delegate by notifying the Conference Secretariat in writing by 20 Feb 2024 with complete information as required in the online registration form.
Any cancellation of registration should be communicated in writing and will be subject to the following conditions:
All cancellation requests for delegates who have registered for MDES 2024 must be submitted in writing via email to the Conference Secretariat at firstname.lastname@example.org
The Committee reserves the right to change the date(s) or speaker(s) if deem fit, without prior notice.
The Committee further reserves the right to cancel/postpone the event without liability other than the return of the registration fee.
The organiser is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of substitution, alteration, postponement, or cancellation of an event.
